Felicity Jane Lowde is a victim of a very serious series of injustices which occurred in 2006 - 2008 and beyond. This page deals mostly with this matter.

For over two decades now, Felicity Lowde been attacked by a woman named Rachel Osborne, formerly Rachel McFadyen (before she married Paul Osborne in 2007). Rachel McFadyen/Osborne is known on the Internet as 'Rachel North'. 'Rachel North' is the woman's pen name/writing name.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne evidently falsely claimed that she was a survivor of 7/7 2005 in order to deceive and manipulate the public and people in positions of authority.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne apparently made a false claim about being raped by a minor in 2002 in order to deceive and manipulate the public and people in positions of authority.

Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has stalked, harassed and and attacked Felicity in many ways for well over twenty years.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has:
a) stalked Felicity for around twenty years
b) harassed Felicity for around twenty years
c) hacked Felicity's computers and phones for around twenty years, obtaining access to Felicity's private photos, accounts and passwords, emails, answer-phone messages, conversations, websites, and used access to Felicity's phone camera to spy on her in her private home
d) hacked other people's computers and phones for around twenty years
e) made false allegations against Felicity to police, falsely claiming that Felicity was harassing her (which Felicity never has done)
f) made false allegations against Felicity in a magistrate's court, falsely accusing Felicity of harassing her
g) falsely accused Felicity of committing a sexual offence by 'outing her (outing Rachel McFadyen/Osborne) as a woman who'd lied about being raped by a sixteen year old': Rachel claimed Felicity had connected her name to her (alleged) 2002 rape in public. The CPS did not accept to prosecute Felicity on the basis of Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's false allegation of a sexual offence because Rachel had already written and published articles about her rape claim in the press/media herself, authoring them and lending editors photos of herself, outing herself. Rachel McFadyen/Osborne had written these published articles while her real name 'Rachel McFadyen' was in the public domain beside references to her father's full name and numerous photos of her face. Furthermore Felicity has never commented on Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's 2002 rape claim in the public domain. The fact of the matter about Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's 2002 rape claim is that the boy who she says raped her was underage at the time of the incidence, not even sixteen, which is why his name never appears in hers or anyone else's newspaper and media articles. Going by the accused boy's version of facts, supported by his then barrister, Rachel McFadyen/Osborne is a child rapist.
h) organised malicious, terrorising rampages against Felicity in the corrupt British tabloid and mainstream press and media. The press and media rampages against Felicity that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne spearheaded in 2007 were (and are) full of outrageous, extremely vindictive lies.
i) organised illegal, widespread terrorising 'WANTED campaigns' against Felicity, broadcasting these with malicious 'Wanted Notices' (designed like 'Wanted Posters') which she designed with assistance from her Internet associates.
j) used reams of degenerate and insalubrious British press and media outlets (localised and mainstream) to attack Felicity in a whole variety of ways
k) harassed Felicity's family for around twenty years

m) organised burglaries on Felicity's home and participated in burglaries on Felicity's home
n) stolen significant quantities of very private and personal belongings from Felicity's home, including some photographs that Felicity took during her adult life.
o) organised private detectives to take pictures of Felicity's private belongings during the course of burglaries that she organised on Felicity's homes. Rachel McFadyen/Osborne organised detectives to take photos of Felicity's parents' photos of her childhood and Felicity's personal life photographs, with a view to discrediting Felicity's true family record and her identity.
p) taken photos of Felicity's parents' photographs and Felicity's personal photographs herself, during the course of burglaries she has committed on Felicity's homes, with a view to discrediting Felicity's true family record and identity, during the course of burglaries she has made of Felicity's home.
q) used photographs she unlawfully took (or had taken) of Felicity's and her parents' personal photographs to make false claims about herself and her own family's history
r) made focused efforts to steal and falsify Felicity's personal history and History of Art work, falsely claiming that she (Rachel McFadyen/Osborne) is a lost aristocrat descended from royalty and that Felicity is denying her her true history. Rachel McFadyen/Osborne is in no respect a descendant of royalty or aristocracy, and either are her husband and son. She is nothing to do with Felicity's creative history work or her History of Art work or any other historical artwork. She is an imposter.
s) enlisted her brother, Andrew McFadyen, to assist her in many of her attacks on Felicity
t) enlisted a variety of male thugs and reprobates, including one Daniel James Hart, to assist her in her dreadful attacks on Felicity
u) recruited celebrities into her hate campaigns against Felicity - unfortunately a small number were taken in by Rachel McFdyen/Osborne for a long time and attacked Felicity alongside her.
v) pestered Felicity's friends and acquaintances, past and present to try to enlist them in her attacks on Felicity's life
w) obsessed about Felicity's Flickr photography page wherein Felicity prints the real story of her and her parents' original personal photographs.
x) cyber-stalked Felicity in every possible way. One of these ways consists of putting up posts on social media pages designed to imitate aspects of Felicity's creative research work (History of Art and case history research work) and placing herself at the centre of a fraudulent stage she creates on those internet pages.
y) attacked Felicity on social media with her (Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's) fetishistic sexuality such as pedophilia and BDSM) and her extremist political views (such as neo-fascism).
y) devoted a lot of time to falsifying her original motivation for her malicious prosecution of Felicity in the courts in 2007. Being ashamed of herself and what she did in 2007, Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North') has circulated numerous false rumours about the court case that took place then. She has spent years telling people of influence that in 2007 Felicity was writing about her (Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's) ancestry and life and placing her in the centre of her research work. She now claims that Felicity in refuting this nonsense is now denying her the truth about her life. In fact, Felicity has never written about or focused on Rachel McFadyen/Osborne in any way, shape or form.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's activites are designed to contravene the Protection from Harassment and Stalking Acts and cause Felicity and her family the maximum anxiety, harm, alarm and distress.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North') is very ambitious and unscrupulous, she is very manipulative. Falsely claiming to be a survivor of a) a psychopathic rape occurring in 2002 and b) the 7/7 2005 London bombings and c) phenomenal harassment, she gets people to take notice of her by pretending to be a phenomenal 'poor thing', an exceptional person with a sort of 'deity level victim status'. Rachel McFadyen/Osborne is an extremely manipulative, dangerous person and seems to be a pathological liar.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne behaves like a control freak, obsessively intruding into and monitoring every detail of the lives of those she has targeted and victimised.
Every time Felicity publishes genuine creative work or photos on her Flickr photography page or her public Facebook page that inevitably contradict Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's falsehoods she is subjected to torrential fury from her together with very nasty, abusive insults and false allegations.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne uses her unlawfully obtained photos of Felicity's parents' historical photographs and Felicity's own personal photos to falsify their true story and make significant false claims. Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's aim in this respect is to create a false story about the life and ancestry of both Felicity and herself. Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has often tried to sell this false story about her life and ancestry to celebrities and publicity agents in the context of her falsification of Felicity's authentic history and History of Art work.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne engages in a very invasive type of identity theft.
Before 2022, Felicity's parents' photographs containing images of Felicity's childhood were not on Felicity's Flickr photography account. Felicity started uploading them onto her Flickr page in 2022. (There are Felicity's parents' photographs that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne took photos of while conducting burglaries on Felicity's home)
For the audience of celebrities she recruited into her campaign, Rachel McFadyen/Osborne over many years passed Felicity’s Flickr photography account off as belonging to herself, falsely claiming that it was once hers. She spent many years sharing her false claims about Felicity's Flickr photography account with celebrities of her choice. In fact Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has never had access to Felicity’s Flickr photography account (and nor have any celebrities associated to her) because Flickr account security is very strict, extra strict. The only person who has ever accessed Felicity’s Flickr photography account is its owner Felicity, who left it without update for about a decade between 2007 and 2018. At one stage (and up until 2024) there was, on Felicity's Flickr photography accounty, a photo of a woman who bu coincidence slightly resembles Rachel McFadyen/Osborne. (An Australian lady, a relation of Felicity's son's wife). With the celebrities she recruited into her campaigns against Felicity, Rachel McFadyen/Osborne sought to make use of this photo to pretend that it was of herself. She kept this up until it was pointed out that the woman in the photograph was clearly in Australia when the photograph was taken, at a time when Rachel McFadyen/Osborne was definitely not.
All of the celebrities that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne recruited into her campaign against Felicity between 2007 and 2026 were vaunting knowledge of the appearance of the photographs in Felicity's parents' photograph albums well before 2022. They were showing off this knowledge from at least 2012 onwards. While she became aware of what was happening in this respect, Felicity knew her parents' original photographs were still in her possession, in her parents' photograph albums. Photos of Felicity's parents' photographs that were used and distributed by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne had to have been unlawfully taken from Felicity's home at 53, Jackson Road, Oxford at some point between March 2007 and 2008, during the course of a series of burglaries on her home.
Neither Rachel McFadyen/Osborne nor anyone she's been in contact with were given copies of the photographs or any sensitive items belonging to Felicity by any members of Felicity's family.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North') is an impostor. She has no right whatsoever to anything of Felicity's. She has no right to any aspect of Felicity's creative history and History of Art work. She has no right to use any of Felicity's parents' photographs or Felicity's own personal photographs. She had no right to obtain copies of these photographs via burglaries of Felicity's home or by hacking of Felicity's phones and equipment. She has no right to Felicity's sensitive personal belongings that she stole from Felicity's home during a sequence of burglaries.
During the past near twenty years, Felicity has frequently been prey to a variety of ruthless people seeking to steal her creative History of Art and case story work, usually groups headed up by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne. Felicity has been prey to people stealing aspects of her personal identity, family history life story from time to time; Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has usually been the instigator of these episodes.
Over the past over twenty years, Felicity has frequently been abused by ruthless people who have exploited her personal, social and legal vulnerability. Such people have arrogantly acted as though Felicity has no legal rights at all. Felicity has seen the very worst of human nature in this respect.
In 2007 Rachel McFadyen/Osborne liaised extensively with the British press and media including The Sun Newspaper, The Daily Mail Newspaper, The Oxford Mail, The Times Newspaper, The Daily Mail and The Express with a view to their conducting very vicious attacks on Felicity. Rachel McFadyen/Osborne was set on using a multitude of media outlets to outrageously slander, defame, harass and abuse Felicity in order to destroy her life. In 2007 Rachel McFadyen/Osborne wrote articles for many of them, including the Daily Mail for example, articles which were (still are) replete with extremely audacious, outrageous false allegations. At this stage in Rachel's life she was in regular contact with Piers Morgan and Max Clifford, who promoted her.
Unfortunately, the often corrupt, vindictive British press and media have often had free reign to abuse people. They set themselves 'above the law', and disregard it, acting as though it doesn't apply to them. As was exposed at the Leveson Enquiry in 2012, they frequently liaise with degenerate, unprofessional police. Unfortunately the British Justice system has not been facing up to its responsibilities in protecting the public from the British press and media.
The wrongful conviction of Felicity Jane Lowde in 2007 in the magistrates court and the associated press and media persecution of her disrespects not just herself, but the genuine victims of the events of 7/7 2005, which Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North') is not. It also affects all victims of the abusive British press and media (such as the late Jason Arday, who tragically died as a result of a press and media rampage in August 2026).

Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's greed for publicity on the back of her false claims and allegations is phenomenal. She seems to have no morality. Most people (for example) would hesitate before trying to get publicity off 7/7 2005 and make money from it. Not her.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne relies very heavily on her false rape claim of 2002 and her false assertion that she was on the carriage that was bombed on 7/7 2005; she uses her false victim status claims to intimidate people. She makes up stories about what a poor victim she is, to get attention. She likes to present herself as a sort of 'deity victim' with immunity from criticism. Lots of people are either taken in by it or intimidated by it.
Whenever Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's claims are properly analysed they don't stand up to scrutiny.
It is perfectly apparent that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne was not on the carriage of the train that was bombed at Kings Cross on the 7/7 2005. She does not have a scratch or a mark on her, she has never suffered any shock in her muscles or in her skeleton and has obviously never been anywhere near a bomb.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne is an audacious liar, an obsessive attention seeker who tells very vindictive lies for attention and self-publicity.
During 7/7 2005, numerous phoneys came forward making false claims to have been involved in it. Such as (for example), Richmal Oates-Whitehead. These phoneys were quickly exposed; Rachel McFadyen/Osborne however, due to her affiliation with mainstream newspapers, managed to keep her obvious false stories going. For some reason, big events such as 7/7 2005 brings out the imposters.

As well as being motivated by attention seeking, Rachel McFadyen/Osborne often seems to be motivated by jealousy of her female victims, particularly Felicity. Greed for money also plays a big part in her motivation.

Numerous people have noticed that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has been telling constant lies for publicity purposes.
A Youtube video linked here, for example, which shows an interview that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne gave to 'Richard and Judy' in 2007 when claiming to be a victim of bombing, rape and stalking and trying to sell her book 'Out of the Tunnel' about it. To quote comments beneath the Youtube video:
'Standing next to a suicide bomber, yet not a scratch...'
'It's not necessarily a conspiracy but maybe she just lied about being there for some selfish reasons, fame or whatever. I don't honestly know what motivates these people. She's like Tania Head. Maybe she just thinks she was in the same train.'
'Liars'.

Compare and contrast these pictures of Rachel McFadyen/Osborne dressing up in an exhibitionist style and pole dancing (2007-2012), which she continually posts on her Instagram pages, with a press picture of the tragic wreckage of the train carriage bombed at Kings Cross on the 07/07 2005 by Germane Lindsay.
It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North') is an attention seeker who has always been telling lies about her situations in 2002 and 2005. Clearly, she was not raped by a psychopath in 2002, and clearly, she was not on the train carriage that was bombed at Kings Cross, London, on 7/7 2005. She was obviously not standing three feet away from Germaine Lindsay when his bomb went off.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's audacity stems from her ambitious nature, her craving for attention, her natural disposition for pathological lying, and from her easy relationship with the British press and media in 2005 - 2007. In 2005 -2007 Rachel sold herself to Rupert Murdoch's press and media and its associate media outlets such as the Daily Mail and Daily Express. She would give them first offer on her stories about being on the bombed carriage at Kings Cross on 7/7 2005 and they would, in turn, promote her as a 'media darling' and give her lots of publicity. She would be expected to support all their political lines. As a result of her 2005-2007 media arrangements, Rachel began to believe herself invincible and she got worse and worse. By 2006, already vain and arrogant by disposition, she had become a person who believed that she should be elevated to a place where anything she said would be beyond question. The pathological liar in her became dictatorial. No journalist checked any of her claims about her situation on 7/7 2005: not one of them verified them.
Matters raised by detractors who have objectively criticised Rachel McFadyen/Osborne in the past:
The public have observed that presenting no short term or long term injuries on and since 07/07/2005, Rachel McFadyen/Osborne cannot have been on the carriage that was bombed by Germaine Lindsay at Kings Cross on 7/7 2005. Going by science, including all the now available scientific reports about short term and long term effects on victims in the vicinity of a suicide bomb.
The public have long questioned Rachel/McFadyen Osborne's claims to have been standing three-seven feet away from Germain Lindsay on the train carriage that was bombed on 7/7 2005. They note that Rachel has never suffered a wound, has never had any short term or long term injuries, has not got one single scar on the pole dancing body that she vaunts on her Instagram pages and has never had any marks or scars on her face or body at any stage in her life. (Rachel's various versions of events vary about the precise distance that she was from Germaine Lindsay, from three feet to seven feet. In one of her versions of events she states that between her and Germaine Lindsay took the force of the bomb like cotton wool packaging so that she was left unharmed, etc. )
The public have observed that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne makes serious, glaring errors about the most basic facts in respect of 7/7 2005. Such as critical timing issues, whether or not tunnel lights were on at specific times, what the train driver said, how many people were in the bombed carriage, at what stage on their journey they got on the bombed train, etc. Her personal accounts have never concurred with those of genuine witness who were of course tragically injured, etc.
There has been widespread observation that in a post that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne posted on an 'Urban 75' message board on the evening of 07/07/2005, she says: "I really really want to know - need to know - if the bomb was on my carriage." Since 2007 many have pointed out that if Rachel had really been on the bombed carriage and survived it she would have known about it immediately.
There has been widespread observation that in another post that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne wrote and posted on the 'Urban 75' message boards on the evening of the 07/07/2005, she says that the driver of the train bombed by Germaine Lindsay, having explored the state of the bombed carriage for himself, it being just behind the driver's carriage, told survivors in the bombed carriage that he was going to go back into the driver's seat, "go forward a bit", (move the train and the bombed carriage forward a bit), and then let everybody out of the bombed carriage. For Rachel McFadyen/Osborne to have asserted that the driver of the bombed train through that it was fit to be driven along the underground rail tracks (especially with the very recently bombed carriage in tow) conveys that she must have been lying about being on the carriage.
There is an extensive questioning on the Internet written by numerous people who do not believe Rachel's astonishing seeming stories about her life. Blogs and social media pages research her audacious, very questionable claims and her subsequent behaviour, asking if her various life stories are scams and whether she is a calculating liar who preys on tragic circumstances for personal profit.
Inbetween March 2007 and September 2008 Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North') organised and participated in numerous burglaries on Felicity's home which was then 53 Jackson Road in Cutteslowe in Oxford. Rachel McFadyen/Osborne and her brother Andrew stole many of Felicity's personal possessions, including some photographs and sensitive material. During the course of these burglaries, Rachel McFadyen/Osborne also hired thugs and detectives to take numerous photographs of her belongings, including many of her parents' and her own personal photos, and her sensitive material. She also took numerous photographs of Felicity's belongings, including many of her parents' and her own personal photos, and her sensitive material, herself, during the course of her burglaries.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has always conducted her crimes against her victims with great arrogance. She clearly believes that she is above the law and on account of the phoney victim statuses that she accords herself, seems to be able to pull it off with a lot of people.
Rachel McFadyen's husband, Paul Osborne, is now a lawyer at walkers Global, on the Cayman Islands where the Osborne couple now live with their son. They previously previously lived and worked in London where the couple met. Rachel's husband's being a lawyer seems to give her cause to feel she can do what she likes without facing any consequences. She often uses him as cover for her actions.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has shown a keen enthusiasm for including her husband Paul Osborne in her scams and campaigns against Felicity. She long ago developed the fraud idea hat he also should be a lost aristocrat or a member of a group of royals who feature in Felicity's creative research work. Of course it's fraudulent nonsense.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne runs a personal and public Facebook page which she uses to attack Felicity's work and life. She is clearly very obsessed with Felicity, continually trying to tear her down as well as impose herself into her creative work. On her Facebook page Rachel McFadyen/Osborne makes frequent referencing to Felicity's historical case work and her History of Art research material. She also makes frequent coded reference to a burglary she organised on Felicity's home in 2007 and to hacking Felicity's phone and computer equipment. She also makes references to photos she took/had taken during burglaries of Felicity's home that she organised and participated in. In this context, she incessantly puts herself forward as some sort of star of Felicity's creative work, even though her imposter claims have been rejected as nonsense many times.
A July 2026 Facebook photo post by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne in which she is comparing herself to Andrew Tate, is shown below. At the same time, she poses as a figure that Felicity noticed in one of Vincent van Gogh's paintings, in exactly the same pose as the one that Felicity observed in this figure.
We believe that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne may have been involved in the hacking of the genuine survivors of the Kings Cross train carriage that was bombed on 7/7 2005.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has hacked the phones of the survivors of the 7/7 bombings, according to numerous sources. She will have done this for her insalubrious, degenerate press and media contacts. She will also have done this in order to obtain personal information from the genuine survivors which would enable her to pass herself off as a survivor of the train that was bombed at Kings cross on the 7/7 2005 (which she clearly is not).
By law, in 2006-2007 Felicity had a perfect right to complain about Rachel McFadyen/Osborne and her associates whose behaviour was appalling.
Felicity was not in any way threatening or abusive to Rachel McFadyen/Osborne in 2005-2008; she has never behaved inappropriately to her. On the contrary, it is Rachel McFadyen/Osborne who has clearly stalked and abused Felicity.
In 2007 Felicity Lowde pleaded Not Guilty to the charge of 'Harassment 2' and she has maintained her innocence ever since.
Felicity has not been convicted of any offence or crime between the April 2007 'Harassment 2' conviction and today, 2026.
In 2004-2006, Felicity was researching sensitive case material and History of Art. Her research activity incorporated special access to material held at the National Archives, at the Tate Gallery Archives, at Royal Archives abroad in Europe and at Archives containing material undisclosed to the public (which are usually only used by Special Branch police and MI5). Since this 2004 – 2006 time, Felicity has been extending her research to include numerous Art Galleries and diverse resources, and her work continues to make fabulous progress in various ways.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne was, and still is, very jealous of Felicity, particularly in respect of her creative research work. She has tried to steal it continually. Since 2007, Rachel and her brother Andrew McFadyen have seen Felicity's creative work as an easy steal from which they might make lots of money. They maintain this position today.
One of the reasons Rachel McFadyen/Osborne launched her malicious prosecution against Felicity in 2007 was because she wanted to steal Felicity's creative histoty and History of Art research work.
During her extensive activity of hacking Felicity's phones and computer equipment, an activity of hers which has gone on for almost twenty years, Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has been making false claims about Felicity's parents' photographs, Felicity's own photographs and Felicity's personal possessions. She does this to support her fraudulent claims about her life.
In 2006-2007, stalker Daniel James Hart and tRachel McFadyen Osborne conspired together to pervert the course of justice.

Felicity Lowde was living in her own small house in Cutteslowe, Oxford in 2006.
In late 2006, Felicity was arrested on the basis of two separate complaints made to police. The first was made by Daniel James Hart, graphic designer from Lye Valley, Headington, Oxford, who ran a company website named Inspiragraphics. (As of 2021, Daniel Hart is living in Birmingham, being banned by the courts from Oxford and London, and says he no longer runs his Inspiragraphics website). The second complaint was made by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, whose false allegations against Felicity were taken up by the Crown Prosecution Service. A Crown Prosecution Service corrupted by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's lies charged and prosecuted Felicity in 2007.
In October 2006, on the orders of an abusive police officer named Sergeant Colin Brooker of Thames Valley Police, then an 'acting up sergeant', Felicity was arrested on the basis of malicious, false allegations made by Daniel James Hart.
Daniel James Hart’s false allegations against Felicity Lowde were later dismissed by investigating police and the Crown Prosecution Service. Daniel James Hart, who had been harassing and stalking Felicity for months prior to making his false allegations to police, falsely accused Felicity of writing anonymous blogs about harassment and abuse she was receiving from him at the time (none of these blogs constituted an offence anyway). In fact Felicity had not written any blogs outside of her well known diary blog titled Streams of Consciousness (this blog has since been removed.) Conversely, Daniel Hart had been writing and publishing numerous very abusive blogs; he wrote appalling and threatening and obscene blogs directed at Felicity.
The October 2006 arrest of Felicity Lowde at her home by Thames Valley Police on the basis of Daniel Hart's false allegations was conducted in a highly abusive manner designed to bully and intimidate her. Colin Brooker of Thames Valley police had been liaising extensively with Rachel McFadyen/Osborne prior to the arrest.
Felicity’s computer containing interesting and valuable research work was seized on the basis of Daniel James Hart’s false allegations against her during the 2006 arrest.
Sergeant Colin Brooker is now retired. His LinkedIn Page may be the one seen here (with a comment that he retired from active policing in 2015, the year that Daniel James Hart began to be arrested for multiple stalking offences, which was a breakthrough for Daniel Hart's many victims.) It appears that between 2006 and 2015, Sergeant Colin Brooker was shielding Daniel James Hart from being arrested for his crimes in order to advance his own career in the police. Sergeant Colin Brooker doesn’t mention any rank higher than Sergeant in his LinkedIn page and it may be that other ranks he assumed during his time at Thames Valley Police were ‘stand in’ roles. Although he boasts about himself a great deal on his LinkedIn page, Sergeant Colin Brooker only has three connections.
Felicity's history in respect of Daniel James Hart: In mid 2006, a while before she knew about him, Felicity asked Daniel James Hart to put together a blog post background for her with his professional graphics facility. She had seen his professional work as a graphics designer advertised on the Internet on his Inspiragraphics website. Felicity’s request was based on reading Hart’s graphics credentials which he had posted on his Inspiragraphics website. She’d had no knowledge of him previously.
The beautiful 2006 - 2008 background on Felicity Lowde's blog 'Stream of Consciousness' was entirely Felicity’s design, facilitated by Daniel James Hart’s graphics training and application which Felicity bought and paid for.
In mid 2006, Daniel James Hart began an aggressive criminal campaign against Felicity by cyberstalking her, physically stalking her and maliciously harassing her. The very horrible harassment campaign began in the early days of the professional relationship, and continued onwards throughout the brief time that Felicity employed him and afterwards for a while. Daniel James Hart's aggressive behaviour began during the course of the professional relationship, during which time he boasted about his criminal record for domestic abuse involving throwing an Oxford woman down the stairs at his home. Hart told Felicity that police had been called to his house on the occasion he threw his ex girlfriend down the stairs.
During the course of their brief professional relationship of 2006, Daniel
James Hart repeatedly sent Felicity sketches and paintings
he’d made of women being assaulted, raped, sodomised and murdered who
were often depicted as bleeding. One female he’d painted was depicted bleeding
right through a mattress onto a floor. Felicity has retained
all the evidence from those times. Daniel James Hart would repeatedly
ring Felicity up while drunk or in what he describes as a “head state”,
making abusive suggestions: these telephone calls could take place at
any time, including early hours of the morning. Daniel James Hart would put up numerous blogs aimed at intimidating Felicity; these blogs were
full of hatred, abuse, obscenity and death threats. In mid 2006-mid 2007, with Rachel Osborne/McFadyen, Daniel James Hart would send Felicity anonymous letters through the mail making false claims and serious threats. He would also would send Felicity abusive death threats over the internet. He would access her blog
dashboard and eradicate her pictures and designs, replacing them with very foul images. At one stage he sent Felicity threats to poison her. At another stage, he invaded her blog management space and replaced her blog’s title
‘Streams of Consciousness’ with various foul and disgusting titles. In 2006-2008 it was already clear that Daniel James Hart was suited to a
long stay at Ashworth or Broadmoor psychiatric Hospital, but due to his social deviousness, authorities were not yet properly
responsive and they failed to protect his victims from him (at this time).
By his own admission, in 2001 Daniel James Hart was convicted of the crime of Assault and Battery, in other words battering women. In public (including on the Internet), Daniel James Hart tries to make light of this, claiming it was nothing at all, however in late 2001 he was found guilty on the basis of a Guilty Plea he entered and handed a Restraining Order, so it can’t have been nothing at all. Offences against the Person (CPS) here. Police did not disclose Daniel James Hart’s first Assault and Battery conviction to Felicity Lowde’s solicitors in 2006 and 2007.
Daniel James Hart was the perfect choice for Rachel McFadyen/Osborne to have as one of her assistant thugs in 2006-2008, and she made the most of it, deploying him often in her hate campaigns against Felicity.
Between September 2006 and October 2006 Sergeant Colin Brooker of Thames Valley Police (then an acting up Sergeant) frequently liaised with PC Weinert of Stoke Newington Police who was speaking to him about false allegations that were being made by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne from her home in London. Officer Colin Brooker frequently telephoned Felicity during this time asking her to ‘come and have a chat’ with himself and Daniel James Hart: Felicity refused this invitation due to Hart’s alarming and distressing ongoing harassment and stalking of her (she deemed Colin Brooker's invitations wholly inappropriate). Daniel James Hart did turn up to a meeting with Sergeant Colin Brooker in September 2006, during which told him lies about his behaviour. During this August-October 2006 time, Sergeant Colin Brooker also liaised with Special Branch police in relation to historical research material that Felicity had photographed while working on Special Branch police archives. These photographs were, at that time, on the hard drives of her computers at her house in Oxford. Apparently Special Branch police wanted Felicity's photos.
Throughout August 2006, Sergeant Colin Brooker of Thames Valley Police was approached by, and began liaising with, Special Branch police, who were interested in persuading Felicity to return to them photographs of historical documents which were on hard drives of her computers at her home in Oxford. Felicity had returned her photographs to Special Branch police earlier that summer because she felt, as a researcher of integrity, that the public deserved to see them. She retained her own original photographs of historical Special Branch material. She still considerately and carefully uses these photos in her creative History of Art and case study work to this day.
As well as being shielded by corrupt Oxford police officer Colin Brooker, from 2007 to 2011/2012, Daniel James Hart was also shielded by his then girlfriend, one Fleur Kinson. Fleur Kinson is what’s described as an ’enabler.’ Hart denies that Fleur Kinson ever once reported him to police, and has since claimed that in 2016 she hated Saad (another of Hart’s victims), and assaulted him by spitting in his face. According to her public Linked In page, Fleur Kionson is currently working at Chatham House, Taylor and Francis, as a copy editor for academic journals. Her LinkedIn page also describes her as a contributor at Italia Magazine and at Business Destinations Magazine. She’s also described in her LinkedIn page as a magazine journalist at Where to Go in Italy and at What to Buy In Italy. When she met Daniel James Hart she was working as a contributor at Italianicious Magazine apparently. According to the academics listing she studied Linguistics, Philology and Phonetics at Oxford. She’s written a travel book titled Bolsena, Everything You Need to Know.

Prior to the wrongful arrest of Felicity Lowde in October 2006 (ordered by Sergeant Colin Brooker on the basis of false allegations made by Daniel James Hart) she had been victim of Internet harassment and abuse for three years by a group of people on two different websites, one of them Stephen Paul Ryder's casebook website, by people calling themselves ‘ripperologists’. These 'ripperologists' who Felicity avoided entirely were some of them serious criminals on license with life sentences for murder. In 2005 Felicity had confided extensively in Sergeant Colin Brooker of Thames Valley Police about the 'ripperologists' frightening harassment, mistakenly believing him to be a genuine honest officer.
Online ‘ripperologists’ on Stephen Paul Ryder’s casebook and on other authors' ‘Jack the Ripper’ websites behave like a pack of aggressive dogs and are notorious for their noise and abusive campaigns of harassment against numerous authors and researchers who they pretentiously disagree with. In 2006, the harassment that Felicity complained of had been (and was still being) conducted by 'ripperologist' members of ‘various ‘Jack the Ripper’ websites. By 2006, Felicity had been the victim of these ‘ripperologists’ harassment long term, harassment that was very extreme, as extensive evidence still shows. In summer2006, Daniel James Hart, having heard from Felicity that she was being severely harassed by these 'ripperologists', contacted them and members of the group 'Kings Cross United', including Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, and suggested that he and they ‘all attack Felicity Lowde in a group.’
Daniel James hart also appealed to Rachel McFadyen/Osborne to attack and abuse Felicity with alongside him, suggesting that they should 'join forces'.
While Thames Valley police were investigating and rejecting Daniel James Hart’s allegations against her, Felicity was again arrested, this time in November 2006, on the basis of false allegations made by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne who by then was (still is) a close associate of Daniel James Hart. The November 2006 arrest, ordered by Sergeant Colin Brooker of Thames Valley Police in conjunction with PC Matt Weinert of London’s Stoke Newington Police, was again conducted in a very abusive manner designed to bully and intimidate Felicity.
Daniel James Hart’s false allegations were then swiftly dropped by police and the Crown Prosecution Service; three months later Felicity was charged with 'Harassment 2' in respect of Rachel McFadyen/Osborne who had gone to the police in Stoke Newington in London with a pack of lies.
During 2006 and 2007, Felicity never spoke with Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North') about her (Felicity’s) creative case story and History of Art work, nor about her (Felicity’s) life story or ancestry research. Nonetheless, in 2007, having read about a certain amount of it on Felicity’s early Streams of Consciousness blog, Rachel abusively attacked Felicity’s creative work on her blog 'Rachel From North London' in numerous press and media outlets, falsely labelling her a ‘conspiracy theorist’ and so on. The degenerate British press and media picked up on Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's continuous vindictive commentary.
Currently Rachel McFadyen/Osborne falsely claims that she once featured in Felicity‘s creative history of art and case story work and that she’s connected to Felicity’s parents’ photograph albums.
On the basis of Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's false allegations over which Felicity was arrested in November 2006, Felicity was tried in absentia (in her absence) at Westminster Magistrates Court in April 2007. A gullible and apparently vindictive District Judge (sitting in a Magistrate’s Court) who is widely reputed for her Human Rights abuses tried the case in Felicity's absence while no counsel was present to defend her. This District Judge found Felicity guilty in absentia without considering either the case or her position properly. In consequence, Felicity was later sent to jail for six months for no good reason (sentenced in June 2007). The District Judge did not adjourn the case hearing despite Felicity having made a request for an adjournment after being correctly diagnosed with exhaustion. Felicity had supplied medical evidence to the Magistrates' court which was completely ignored (at the time).
In the run up to the April 2007 trial at Westminster Magistrates Court, Felicity employed London’s Tuckers Solicitors (she hardly saw them). No defence counsel was present at Felicity’s April 2007 court case, having unlawfully removed themselves from the defence case (abandoned the defence) two days before the trial began. Felicity has since learned that Tuckers Solicitors are notorious defenders of the Metropolitan police, fact she didn't know at the time.
Throughout the run up to the court case of April 2007, the Metropolitan police and Crown Prosecution Service deliberately withheld evidence from Felicity’s computer which they had taken when she was arrested on the basis of Daniel James Hart’s false allegations, preventing a fair trial. Felicity could not have a fair trial in 2007 and the Crown Prosecution Service got away with presenting falsified evidence, frauds and a completely false picture that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne had supplied them with for the trial.
There were no reporters or journalists present at the April 2007 London Magistrates Court when Felicity was tried for the supposed harassment of Rachel McFadyen/Osborne; none whatever. However, after Felicity was found guilty in absentia (found guilty in her absence), the mainstream press and media and the Oxford Mail (and other localised outlets), guided by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne went to work on a widespread, malicious rampage. Guided continually by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, all newspaper reports relating to Felicity and her case were (still are) fictitious and vindictive in the extreme. Promoting Rupert Murdoch's 'media darling' Rachel, newspapers didn’t even state that Felicity was found guilty in absentia having been deprived of her own defence case.
Contrary to false and melodramatic reporting in the 2007 mainstream press and media, Felicity did not “go on the run” after April 2006. She was simply staying in London’s East End, in a decent area, after being diagnosed with exhaustion. The reports in the British press and media about where Felicity was and what she was doing at that time are entirely false.
Sentence was passed on Felicity in June 2007 by a London District Judge named Malcolm Read, a colleague of the vindictive District Judge who delivered the wrongful verdict against Felicity when she was tried in absentia. District Judge Malcolm Read, a 'wayward judge', demonstrated misconduct in a public office and sadism when, nodding along with a very abusive press and media, he stated that he regretted that the law didn’t permit him to punish Felicity more than it did. The orders this District Judge made at this time are a Human Rights abuse, a legal precedent potentially depriving all accused genuine writers of integrity of the use of free speech when writing about injustice.
The behaviour of the two wayward District Judges in April and June 2007, their unprofessional deference to a fake 'bomb survivor's unchecked, audacious lies, and their grovelling to the degenerate British press and media, is a cause of significant concern. The entire grotesque performance by the Magistrates Court and the press and media was disgraceful, an example of how no lessons had been learned since the trial of the innocent Guildford Four.
Throughout the run up to the trial in the Magistrate’s Court in April 2007 Felicity was subjected to repeated police abuses. These amounted to extreme harassment. Felicity was harassed to the point that she had to move out of her home (then in Oxford). The police harassment was the subject of correspondence to the Independent Police Complaints Commission / IPCC. The police harassment sessions were continually instigated by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne who would constantly telephone them with false allegations in an effort to have Felicity incarcerated for breach of bail while she was awaiting trial. During Felicity's absence, criminal damage was committed on Felicity's home, as were numerous burglaries organised by Rachel McFadyen and contributed to by her brother Andrew McFadyen and Daniel James Hart.
During the run up to the April 2007 trial, before Felicity had left her home in Oxford, police raided Felicity's home on lawless pretexts, sometimes in her absence (also completely illegal). They would confiscate and destroy evidence that Felicity thought she would need to demonstrate that she was the victim in the case, having been harassed and abused by false accusers.
Between October 2006 and March 2007, Felicity wrote an entirely honest account of what police kept on doing on her then blog called Streams of Consciousness. The blog Streams of Consciousness was shut down in late 2007, but Felicity kept all the pages (at the officers of lawyer Mr. Noam Almaz, then of Hickman and Rose solicitors who took up the case in late 2007.)
Straight after the case in the Magistrates Court in 2007 (when Felicity was tried in absentia for Harassment 2) Rachel McFadyen/Osborne organised a horrific, unofficial ‘Wanted Campaign’ against Felicity. The 'Wanted Campaign' was carried out by malicious bloggers whom Rachel recruited to this activity. The malicious 'Wanted Notices' that Rachel organised were designed by a sub standard web design blogger named Mike Rouse who was one of Rachel's close associates. The unofficial ‘Wanted Campaign’ was (still is) an example of combined social media abuse and mainstream media abuse at its very worst. It was a serious Human Rights abuse and a horrible, disgusting spate of bullying. At Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's instigation and demand, thousands of abusive 'Wanted Notices' were distributed. In 2007 the 'Wanted Campaign' appeared in an almost immeasurable number of press and media outlets. It was taken up by the mainstream press and media (and press and television including ITV and the BBC). The abusive British press ran double-page spreads advocating and recommending it, helping the malicious bloggers who participated in it spread false, vindictive allegations.
In 2024, Mike Rouse, Conservative Councillor at Worcestershire, was charged with rape and with associated charges (the victim is unknown). He is thought to have got off on a technicality during the trial.

Below, three pages from Mike Rouse's 2007 blog advertising the unlawful 'Wanted Campaign' notices which he created for Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North'). These Internet pages have been preserved from 2007 when they were printed on the Internet. They were downloaded by lawyers and their assistants, and maintained in lawyers' offices. (There is much more in the case files).
During the time that the ‘Wanted Campaign' organised by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne was going on, Rachel accused Felicity of making malicious communications to her on the comments section of one of the pages of her blog 'Rachel from North London'. These alleged communications which read (so Rachel said) 'get lost you despicable woman' and suchlike, seem to have been either made up by Rachel or sent anonymously to her by a member of the public, Rachel having made such a scene in the press and media (it could have been anyone sending messages to her blog at that time). The messages sent to Rachel at that time were nothing whatsoever to do with Felicity. There was no prosecution resulting from the false allegations Rachel made about messages that she alleged were sent by Felicity at this time.
London Metropolitan police and Thames Valley police turned a blind eye while the unofficial 'Wanted Campaign' was soon operating with the full support of the corrupt British mainstream media. Felicity was subjected to an extremely serious hate campaign during this period. There were thousands of pages printed on the web facilitating these malevolent ‘Wanted Notices’, each full of vile abuse. At the behest of Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North') there was a huge two page, spread promotion of the unlawful ‘Wanted Campaign’ in the Times Newspaper (NEWS INTERNATIONAL). The unauthorised, unlawful ‘Wanted Campaign’ was also promoted in The Sun, the NOTW, The Times and the Sunday Times, the Oxford Mail, The Daily Mail, The Express, The Mail on Sunday, The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, The Standard, Evening Standard, the Metro and many other papers. Newspapers, magazines and outlets ran with it indiscriminately soon after it had been first put into the mainstream media by Rupert Murdoch's newspapers (175 mainstream media outlets ultimately joined in with it in total approx, at the time, as well as the thousands of blogs and social media outlets). It was a horrendous assault on Felicity’s life, designed to harm her life and her family's life for generations.

Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, Andrew McFadyen and Daniel James Hart put up numerous malicious blogs designed to harass and abuse Felicity. Numerous 'Wanted notices' were placed on this bogus stalker blog.
Some other major contributors to the abusive unofficial ‘Wanted Campaign’, such as Iain Dale, are quite well known now (he had some Internet cred among bloggers then). Debased, nasty far-right Conservative and other far-right political bloggers were major contributors to the 'Wanted Campaign'. Since 2007 Iain Dale has picked up a police caution for an aggressive assault on an old man.

The Conservative backbenchers' blog supported Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's malicious Wanted campaign'. Their (support of the 'Wanted Campaign' is seen in their post below. There were a whole variety of 'Wanted Notices' made by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne and Mike Rouse, all spiteful and vindictive. The spiteful advice beneath the words 'CATCH LOWDE' was put on the 'Wanted notices' by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North'). 'Crimestoppers' were not consulted by anyone, certainly not by any official or policeman, and were not in fact involved with the unofficial 'Wanted Campaign' in any way.
Rachel McFdyen/Osborne's enthusiasm for a 'Jailhouse Lawyer' blogger with a blog called 'Prison Law Inside Out' is another example of her worst types of regular contact. "Rachel North's thugs'. 'Jailhouse Lawyer' did life for murder and was out on license in 2007. After Felicity was tried in her absence, he wrote Felicity's name on a gravestone in an image he advertised on his blog, and later, when Rachel McFadyen/Osborne and Mike Rouse had created the 'Wanted Notices' his blog pages were strewn with them. The 'Rachel' on the above page is Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North').
In 2025, Rachel McFadyen, married name Rachel Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North') published on her blog 'Rachel From North London' that she is the author of a nasty blog which has been on the Internet for eighteen years titled 'Inside the Wombat' (although many of its pages have been deleted from the web since it was first going on). This extremely malicious cyberstalking blog, many pages of which were downloaded by lawyers in 2007, abuses and mocks Felicity.

Rachel tampers with Felicity's graduation day photograph, placing her face and mortar board hat on a photo of a seated homeless person. Beside the seated homeless person, a row of files which Rachel designed to reference Felicity's degree from Oxford Brookes University. Rachel titles the page 'Vache Folle', meaning 'Mad Cow'.
Felicity has a Joint Honours degree in French and Psychology from Oxford Brookes (2003), whereas Rachel McFadyen/Osborne studied theology for a year and then dropped out of college and went into advertising 'communications or media' (which is rotten work). Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's bitter jealousy of Felicity is very apparent in the malicious drivel she wrote on her hate blogs which were clearly designed to bring Felicity down and throw mud at her. Rachel McFadyen's hate blogs were part of her very obvious 2007 attempt to destroy Felicity.
Because Felicity had her super son Jake when she was eighteen, she did her degree later in life (2003). She has low immunities due to her medical conditions which she manages well while being physically vulnerable.
The two pages from the downloaded original 'Inside the Wombat' blog (above) include its author Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's mockery of a lost aristocrat figure called 'Jo' who was shot in the first world war who featured (as he still does) in Felicity's creative research work.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's posts on her 'hate blog' pages were always followed by reams of very malicious, abusive comments aimed at Felicity, many of which Rachel seems to have authored herself.
During the time leading up to Felicity’s appeal case to the Crown court from the magistrates' court it was impossible for her to get any assistance with the concurrent civil case (Special Branch suing her for publishing information on her blog) due to collusion among some prominent law firms who were in thrall to the corrupt British press and media. The partners at Hickman and Rose failed in their duty towards Felicity and Mr. Noam Almaz in this regard.
Magistrates and Judges (of whichever status) should have always known better than to play up to the abusive British mainstream press and media and their associated malicious internet mobs. So should all lawyers have. The disgraceful conduct of the inadequate and vindictive District Judges (sitting as Magistrates) in 2007 who tried Felicity in her absence and then convicted and sentenced her, were very evidently playing up to the mainstream media and criminal mobs in their focus and their verdict. The 2008 appeal case Judge at Snaresbrook Crown Court was all for the defence on the first day of the appeal saying e.g. Is this the height of the prosecution case? and laughing at the prosecution. Then, overnight, he got a phone call, possibly from a party with vested interests in the corrupt British press and media. He then went and saw the media lies and abuse on the web, and went to town on undermining the defence (without grounds) for the rest of the appeal hearing.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North') is supported in all of her obsessional abuses of Felicity by her brother Andrew McFadyen, an unemployed fraudster thug who has been in trouble with the law numerous times and spent time in mental institutions. Andrew McFadyen falsely describes himself as an artist. Andrew McFadyen's own work (what little there is of that) is not impressive. Like his sister Rachel, Andrew McFadyen is on a mission to steal Felicity's creative work and sell an adapted fraudulent copy of it, for profit.

Andrew McFadyen frequently posts diatribes on Facebook designed to intimidate and silence Felicity. Over the past around twenty years he has posted numerous malicious blogs abusing and intimidating Felicity with his sister Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, and their friend Daniel James Hart, as seen.
Andrew McFadyen is a very focused, devoted fraudster and con artist. He is obsessed with stealing Felicity's creative work and promoting a false narrative about his birth and ancestry. He is evidently reliant on exploiting stolen and hacked property belonging to Felicity in order to achieve this.
The images below are nasty intimidation videos from Andrew McFadyen's Facebook page. Andrew McFadyen often demonstrates boasting about his crimes, including theft, fraud and hacking, in his videos and social media postings. He also plays bizarre intimidation style mind games. All this with the encouragement of his sister Rachel McFadyen/Osborne.

Preparation work for the 2008 appeal of the despicable April 2007 magistrates court verdict was subject to extreme stress at all times, partly due to Felicity's circumstances of London homelessness at this stage (caused by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's malicious prosecution case). The significant stress placed on Felicity and her then solicitor Mr Noam Almaz was aggravated by strategic, false allegations that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne would continually make. Obsessive persecutor that she is, throughout late 2007 and 2008 Rachel McFadyen/Osborne would constantly make false claims to the effect that Felicity had breached orders attached to the April 2007 conviction. The false allegations Rachel McFadyen/Osborne made (from September 2007 – 2008) were designed to try to justify the press and media abuse she had orchestrated, get Felicity confined to jail for no reason and deploy the police to cause Felicity harassment, alarm and distress. She designed to continuously harass and distract both Felicity and her lawyer and disrupt the appeal work.
Felicity chose to remain homeless in London rather than burden her family during the 2007 – 2008 time. In the event, the persecution of Felicity in Oxford, a much smaller place, had been very focused, and it wasn’t safe for her to be there anymore at that time time.
False allegations that Felicity had breached orders attached to the conviction that was made in her absence in 2007 were thrown out of court by a District Judge when a case relating to these eventually came to court in September 2008. The District Judge taking that case expressed concern that a miscarriage of Justice seemed to have taken place. She treated Felicity as though she were a victim of a miscarriage of Justice. She told the CPS at the middle of a hearing “You can continue that argument if you like, but I’m advising you that I’m likely to reject it.” This Judge continued to repeat this statement until they stopped their argument.
The Murdochs' NEWS INTERNATIONAL corporation began to be thoroughly exposed with ‘dirty hands’ (in Rupert Murdoch’s own words) in 2011-2012. London was again full of talk about action against the systemically corrupt London police at this time. Sadly though, most of the time no action was taken for innocent miscarriage of justice victims unless a solicitor thought it was in his or her own mainstream media publicity interests. Sadly this is often still the case.

Between 2008 – 2026 Felicity Lowde was subjected to further malicious prosecutions, all of which were either rejected by the CPS directly, or thrown out by judges. All attempts at prosecuting Felicity during this period were unjust and false, and four were an outrage. One example of a very malicious attempt at a prosecution case was brought by a self styled counsellor called Juliet Dwek-Selley who Felicity had known in her Oxford High School days. Juliet Dwek-Selley 'Juliet Dwek Therapy' tried to push for a prosecution against Felicity, and was keen to to pretend she was a victim and get her name in the newspapers. However the CPS dropped the Dwek-Selley case against Felicity when confronted about a serious 'Abuse of Process.'

In early 2016 a judge described the constant malicious prosecution of Felicity Jane Lowde as a disgrace to the British Justice system.
Daniel James Hart, Mike Rouse, Paul Osborne, 'Unity', Davide Simonetti and Andrew McFadyen are examples of Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's thugs. There have been more in the past, and there are now. She always recruits thugs to help her with her dirty work. As of 2026, her latest recruited thug is Nicholas Fuentes, a well known American fascist grifter and a thin, short 'manlet' who she liaises with on a regular basis. Rachel McFadyen/Osborne wasted no time in persuading this person that he was curiously connected to Felicity's creative research work and personal and family record - alongside her (Rachel) of course. (Neither of them are). Since Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's very first approach to him, publicity obsessed Nick Fuentes has spent filled every one of his videos on 'clue pictures' about his supposed ancestry and position in life. All fraudulent.
In many past times Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has deployed Paul Staines, otherwise known as Guido Fawkes. Google him as-well.
Paul Staines aka Guido Fawkes, a man well known as a very malicious fraudster and procurer of people's private information by unlawful means, also tried his hand at trying to make out that he was mysteriously connected to Felicity's parents' photographs, to Felicity's own personal photographs, and to Felicity's creative research work, having been in extensive contact with Rachel McFadyen/Osborne over a long period of time. He just plain isn't connected to them. He's another grotesque impostor encouraged by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne who bullies and abuses Felicity.

Over the past two years (2025 and 2026) a rumour has been circulating, apparently started by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne and Hugh Grant, that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne has a serious form of cervical or anal cancer. We don't know whether this is true or whether Rachel McFadyen/Osborne is trying to paint herself as a 'super victim' again by making up a cancer story (we suspect the latter). Apparently she has been trying to claim a cancer development related to chemicals endured during 7/7 2005 but that claim has to be nonsense; she clearly wasn't on the bombed carriage or the bombed train at all), and of course it takes much more than one incidence of chemical exposure to contract cancer.
Some information on Daniel Hart's history:
In 2014 and 2015 Daniel James Hart maintained a brief relationship with an art historian named Isabel de Vasconcellos who has art history and Curator experience. During this time he told Isabel his usual storylines about how hard done by he is, complete with acted out lamenting and crocodile tears (all part of his MO when meeting a person.) The short lived relationship between Hart and Isabel de Vasconcellos was a dreadful time for Isabel due to his increasing verbal abuse and violence. After Isabel de Vasconcellos finished with Daniel James Hart, he began to stalk her repeatedly. According to Hart he was constantly arrested by both the Metropolitan Police and Thames Valley Police during this period of time. Daniel James Hart soon received a police caution in respect of his conduct towards Isabella, and subsequently a police charge for stalking her, threatening her with acts of violence and with carrying out threats of violence towards her. Isabel obtained a conviction and a Restraining Order against Daniel James Hart at the Crown Court, and part of the order attached to the conviction was that Hart was never again to enter Bethnal Green (where Isabel lives) in London, and by extension, never again to go into the entire borough of Tower Hamlets. Isabel sought refuge in her friend Saad Qureshi, a successful artist recommended by Oxford University. This apparently antagonised Hart, and he resolved to “teach Saad a lesson”. After sending Saad a plethora of threatening emails, Daniel James Hart was again arrested and convicted of the harassment of Saad Qureshi, and of stalking him and sending him death threats. At the Crown Court a Restraining Order and Suspended Sentence were imposed on him. Shortly after the trial wherein Daniel James Hart was convicted of harassing, stalking and threatening Saad, Hart – who takes no notice of any judge whomsoever – resolved to ‘spring’ Saad at a cemetery. After setting Saad up at a cemetery (he arranged a meeting with him by pretending to be someone else), Hart crept among the graves, attacked Saad from behind and held his head in a headlock, trying to crush it. He wrenched Saad’s glasses from him and crushed them into smithereens with his foot, threatening to do the same to his body. Luckily poor Saad had a witness with him, his cousin, who called the police. Three police cars arrived at speed and Daniel James Hart was arrested. This was a top end breach of Restraining Order and the Crown Court Judges reacted accordingly. Daniel James Hart was sentenced for the assault on Saad Qureshi and for breach of a Restraining Order and was sent to Bullingdon Prison, a High Security Prison which only takes category A, B and C. At this time, the Sub Editor of Private Eye Magazine correctly denounced Daniel James Hart as a psycho stalker stating that to his certain knowledge Daniel James Hart was a ‘dangerous individual’ and a ‘so-called graphics designer’ who was ‘stalking and harassing numerous women’. This sub editor advised all women ‘unfortunate enough to encounter Daniel’ to ‘block him forthwith’.
Daniel James Hart learned no lessons from the custodial sentences he received in respect of his crimes towards Isobel de Vasconcellos and Saad Qureshi. According to his own Youtube diaries, he got into constant problems in jail. He kept razorblades and knives in his cell room, smashed television sets and hung them from the ceiling, and fabricated stories about male guards whispering through his cell window at night (prison guards are not outside cells at night). He has told numerous unlikely stories about female guards cussing at him through the cell latch. Daniel James Hart says that while in Bullingdon prison he painted his cell walls and painted his cell ceiling blue as a “punk art protest” for which he was summoned to the governor. He says “I did this not because I’m a lunatic, but as a protest statement.” (As it would be difficult to achieve such a wall and ceiling painting in prison, there is speculation about the veracity of this whole claim). Daniel James Hart’s cell mate (a man who according to Daniel had smashed his girlfriend’s head into a TV set) mysteriously died by hanging.
Daniel James Hart conducted a psycho-campaign of love bombing of a Stonesfield (Oxfordshire) lady called Carrie, who obtained a Restraining Order against him on account of his behaviour which, according to her, quickly degenerated into harassment, stalking and violence. Daniel James Hart had been a 'family acquaintance' of Carrie's and her husband Mike Stanley's previous to his harassment and stalking of Carrie. Carrie was the widow of successful artist Mike Stanley, who reportedly committed suicide alone in a garden in 2012. Mike Stanley reportedly hung himself from a tree, and his widow Carrie felt that his suicide was most unlike him. Writing on his Youtube channel '200reflections', Daniel James Hart put detailed comment about Mike Stanley’s death scene, such as the precise position of Mike's hanging body which was reflected in windows in surrounding architecture (hence the reason for Harty's Internet handle '200reflections'). Due to Daniel James Hart’s consecutive violent stalking behaviour towards Carrie and her family, Carrie and her mother both obtained Restraining Orders against him and he was again sentenced to serving time at Bullingdon Prison, one time for the crimes he committed against them and a second time for breaching Restraining Orders in their regard.
Daniel Hart always pleads Guilty at court, so his protest act and his claims about police corruption in his own personal cases are a complete farce. If you’re innocent and you think there’s been police corruption in respect of your case, then you plead 'Not guilty', obviously. The ‘trial’ part of Daniel’s court appearances always consists of mitigation submissions (which are never accepted) and barristers’ and judges’ requests for psychiatric reports.
As well as being sent to a High Security prison more than twice, Daniel James Hart has also spent four spates in serious psychiatric hospitals, such as the Warneford Psychiatric Hospital in Oxford, taking anti psychotic medication.
Throughout his own personal hate campaign against Felicity, Daniel James Hart has been supported by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne. They have often worked together.
Daniel James Hart is a very manipulative person who in his dialogue minimalises his own actions and tells lies about them. He also tells slanderous lies about other people and their actions. Often, while committing horrible acts in one place, he puts on a show of self pity and tears in another place, trying to get people on his side. Daniel James Hart's tears are crocodile tears. One of his favourite themes us how hard done by he is, which is complete nonsense.
Daniel James Hart's regular dialogue, often broadcast on his videos, is often very irrational, full of shouting episodes. During his shouting episodes he often makes threats to kill to Felicity, screaming die, die die! into recording microphone. While ranting and shouting in these broadcasts, he has expressed his opinion that Felicity should die a slow and agonising death, that she should die of starvation on the streets, that she should be incarcerated in a cold concrete cell with no food and water. He has also expressed (ranting and shouting in these broadcasts) that Felicity should be blasted by a bomb. He has also threatened others in this way.
Daniel James Hart is very focused on trying to discredit his victims, and saw Rachel McFadyen/Osborne as potentially being a a good one to cover up his past behaviour for him (he still does see his association with her in this way).
Daniel James Hart’s parents want nothing to do with him, according to him.
Similarities between Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's MO and Daniel James Hart’s MO include stalking and abusing their victims while falsely
accusing them.
In March and April 2021, Daniel James Hart again put crazed, entirely false allegations about Felicity into the public domain. Ever since Daniel James Hart started stalking and harassing Felicity in 2006, she has never contacted him, and has never sought to have anything to do with him. Conversely, Hart has conducted a constant campaign of harassment and stalking with threats of violence against Felicity, often publishing blogs containing his threats beside appalling and obscene pictures. Daniel James Hart is well known for violence combined with grotesque obscenity.
In 2021 Daniel James Hart sent the following series of abusive, vicious, threatening messages to Wordpress blogs, levelling his discourse at Felicity, presuming its authors would show the messages to her. These abusive messages written by Hart are shown below. One of the messages is replete with crazy false allegations; another falsely predicts she is "going to prison again". Observe the way that in the messages Daniel James Hart pretends that he has only just seen the material stolen from Felicity's home in 2007. We are not impressed by Daniel James Hart's threatening rants or deceived by parts of the content of his messages that we are supposed to be deceived by. 'Streams of Diarrhoea' was one of the repellent titles Daniel James Hart put on Felicity's beautiful 2006-2007 blog when he was attacking her from within her blog administration before she cut him off.
When Felicity spoke on the phone to Daniel James Hart in 2006, shortly before he started harassing and stalking her, he told her about the girlfriend he’d had in late 2001 who had got a court to give a judgement against him for "beating her, raping her, sodomising her, and throwing her down the stairs". Hart explained to Felicity that this ex girlfriend had gone round the place talking about him as “My evil ex boyfriend”. When Hart began attacking Felicity, she Felicity wrote a small blog page on her 'Streams of Consciousness' blog about this matter. (She still has printouts of this blog made by her then solicitor Mr. Noam Almaz (then of Hickman and Rose solicitors.) ).
In 2021 Daniel James Hart published videos on his Youtube channel '200reflections' (now called 'Deejayhart') featuring examples of his supposed “artwork” (on paper) that he says he did in Bullingdon prison “on psych ward.” (Image shown beneath this paragraph). In his videos Daniel James Hart states that he did this supposed “artwork” (on paper) in 2017 while at the Warneford Psychiatric Hospital, to where he was transferred from Bullingdon Prison after making scenes in prison and being kept in prison isolation on account of those scenes.
An example of supposed “artwork” that Daniel James Hart made in prison (shown below) contains numerous references to a young woman who he depicts on the front of a newspaper with a
severe black eye. On this sketch Hart places the words “My evil
boyfriend”, rather than “My evil ex boyfriend” (which tends to suggest
he deludedly sees this abused woman he’s drawing in this awful picture, one of his ex girlfriends, as his property still).
In this drawing, the sarcastic, girly magazine style page spread he sketches with its
girly magazine title ‘Love it!’ refers to the abusive 2007
press and media rampage against Felicity organised by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne (pen name 'Rachel North'). Thus the woman with the black eye he sketches is also a reference to his abuse of Felicity. There are other sketched articles at the lower
part of Hart's sketched newspaper page (shown below), which seem designed to target his various victims. There are also Daniel James Hart style references to personal details pertaining to Saad and
Isabel (which are not discussed on this blog for
the sake of their protection). It goes without saying that Daniel James Hart's crazed assertions and allegations against his victims are all entirely false.
There are other exhibits of Daniel James Hart’s supposed 'artwork 'from his stay in prison. Shown below, an extract from one of his sketch pieces. At the centre of the sketch piece, Hart draws three wrapped carcasses beside a bowl of excrement with a rat inside it, and writes ‘Lamb to the slaughter’ - presumably a reference to his own thoughts in respect of his victims. As usual, Hart exhibits racism, perversion and violence.
In 2021, Daniel Hart reported (on one of is dreadful blogs which was around at the time) that he had left his house in Lye Valley in Headington, Oxford and moved to Moseley in Birmingham where he no longer worked as a graphic designer but instead was living on benefits.
Daniel James Hart's current lifestyle is a result of Crown Court orders keeping him away from Oxford and London and a result of being banned by the courts from selling his graphic design on the Internet. He may have been found the flat in Birmingham by the prison probation service. He has already been in trouble with Birmingham police for stalking and Criminal Damage.
On a 2021 social media page that he has now deleted, Daniel James Hart put up a video of a room in his disgusting flat at Moseley in Birmingham. On one of the walls in this flat is a Banksy picture that appears on one of Felicity’s old Facebook pages. Hart decorated his version of this Banksy picture with numerous yellow suns and sunshine, a theme he took without permission from Felicity’s work. In this home made video (screenshot image shown below) Daniel James Hart shows off his room decoration and a black and white music video playing on his TV. The music video on the TV in the room is Across the Universe sung by Fiona Apple. This black and white 'Across the Universe' song video is one that Felicity placed on her Facebook page, so Daniel Hart is using the video as an intruder and stalker. Felicity used this video to artistically refer to the raids on her house conducted by police at on the orders of Colin Brooker on the basis of Daniel James Hart’s and Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's false allegations.
Daniel James Hart appears obsessed with controlling and punishing other people, and is constantly asking for people “to be investigated and reprimanded”. He explains his disposition in this respect as “being in a headfuck.”
Daniel James Hart covered his disgusting Birmingham flat with suns and so on (apparent in photographs he has published).
Although Daniel James Hart is considerate 5% of the time, farcically communicating an appearance of respectability, the rest of the time (95%) he spends bullying people, harassing people, abusing people, stalking people, committing violence against people, perverting the course of justice against people and telling lies. Recently he published a video statement saying that Felicity “doesn’t deserve to exist” and “in terms of punishment needs to be incarcerated in the darkest corner of the galaxy with no food and water.” In the same video he claims, entirely falsely, that Felicity has “a rap sheet as long as the Universe.” The reason he keeps making this false claim is that he wishes to keep Felicity without defence against him.
Like Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, Daniel James Hart regularly tries to deprive Felicity of protective company.
In 2021, Daniel James Hart opened yet another of his vicious and dreadful hate blogs, this time attacking Isabel de Vasconcellos, Saad Qureshi and Felicity Lowde together. (He removed the blog from the Internet six months later, but screenshots of its pages, some of which are shown here, were taken and preserved). This blog of Daniel James Hart also attacked various members of police who arrested him over the years between 2001 and 2021. On this blog Daniel James Hart devoted lots of blog space to a Bethnal Green Officer named Michael Dixon who arrested him consequent to his harassment and stalking of Isabel. de Vasconcellos and helped the Crown Prosecution Service successfully prosecute him. On the pages of his 2021 blog (screenshots of which are exhibited below) Daniel James Hart is telling dreadful lies and committing all kinds of abuse towards his victims.
A screenshot of a blog post on Daniel James Hart’s 2021 is shown below. This blog post was aimed at causing Isabel de Vasconcellos harassment, alarm and distress. It displays a picture. On the left side of the picture is a photo of Isobel that she uses on the Internet which has been desecrated by Daniel James Hart. The photo of Isabel has been “slashed” by Hart, with imitation knife marks created by his graphics. The violent desecration of Isabel’s photo in Daniel James Hart’s latest blog page is very similar to the violent desecration of pictures of Felicity which he used to produce on blogs he created in 2006– 2015. Daniel James Hart used frequently to print distorted pictures of Felicity showing her being knifed or as a victim of other violent crimes. He would also distort pictures of her face with his graphics at the same time. On the right of the picture in Daniel James Hart’s vile blog post (screenshot shown below) there is a photo of a woman who looks like Isabel de Vasconcellos vomiting at a sink and holding out her hand for privacy. The abusive graffiti on the blog post is written by Daniel James Hart.
Screenshots (close ups) of emails between Daniel James Hart and Bethnal Green police officer Michael Dixon that appeared in Daniel James Hart’s blog page (the blog published in March 2021) are shown below. As may be seen from the email series that Daniel James Hart published on his 2021 blog, officer Michael Dixon had correctly perceived an approach by Daniel James Hart to him as an attempt to get a hold of Isabel’s address and continue harassing and stalking her.
The abusive graffiti on the blog post (image below) is written by Daniel James Hart.
During the time Isabel was without the court protection of a restraining order against Daniel James Hart, she frequently had to flee her Bethnal Green flat for safety. According to a variety of reports, she said she was so terrified of him that she had to get out of the area. Daniel James Hart’s claim (on his 2021 blog) of being arrested by Michael Dixon on the basis of two or three texts to Isabel is nothing but a line. He has been convicted (many times) of violence and of Stalking and Harassment with intention to commit violence, and convicted of aggravated assault, etc. He tries to pass his convictions off as being mere trivia but they are not. Far from it.
On his 2021 blog, Daniel James Hart posted another blog page aimed at Saad Qureshi, against whom he holds a long term grievance. (This blog page is shown below as a screenshot). Part of Hart's grievance seems to be that Saad is a successful artist recommended by London curators and Oxford University; another part of his grievance is that Saad has been another person to expose him through the Criminal Justice system. In Daniel James Hart’s 2021 blog he accuses Saad of being a pretentious poser who hasn’t a clue, and of being a corrupt liar. He is extremely vicious and rude towards Saad in this blog page. Daniel James Hart’s blog posts about Saad also demonstrate that while using the YouTube handle '200Reflections' he has been leaving reams of vindictive, racist and sexually abusive and aggressive messages about Saad beside various videos on Youtube. He also threatened Saad Youtube, causing him fear of violence. Daniel James Hart has been treating Isabel and Felicity similarly on the same Youtube pages.
The handle '200reflections' is one Daniel Hart uses for a variety of social media accounts.

The top border part of Daniel James Hart's 2021 blog is constitutes a picture of Saad Qureshi standing beside his desk.
In another of Daniel James Hart's 2021 blog posts (screenshot shown below), he abuses Saad Qureshi again and makes him out to be a “fanatical Islamist terrorist”, which is obviously untrue. On this blog post he tells lies a bout Saad. It’s very unlikely that Saad told Hart that all non Muslims would go to hell. One of Saad’s artwork displays asks questions about paradise from many different faith and philosophical perspectives. It’s sad that an artist asking questions about paradise should be subjected to a horrible racist stalker attack from Daniel James Hart.
Daniel James Hart described his 2021 blog as 'Opposing extremely poisonous and exploitive abusers of power', which is of course a nonsense description of the hate blog he created.
Another post from Daniel Hart’s 2021 blog (screenshot shown below) contains a malicious reference to Isabel’s fears about domestic violence. The post deliberately evokes Isabel's one time experience with a man who harassed her, who threatened to turn on the gas while she was asleep. It’s well known amongst artists that the poet Sylvia Plath committed suicide by turning on the gas in her apartment. In this blog post Hart infers that Isabel is a 'man eating false accuser' (an absurd suggestion) who falsely accuses men of domestic violence (another absurd suggestion). There is also an insinuation that Isabel “deserves to die”. In his blog post Daniel James Hart makes it clear that he thinks that Isabel’s fears about extreme domestic violence are an excuse for a vicious joke. The number 101 used by Daniel Hart in this blog post may refer to Orwell’s ‘Room 101’, a euphemism for a person’s worst fears. And again Daniel James Hart insinuates that Saad Qureshi is a closet homosexual repressed by Islamist fanaticism (which is complete nonsense).
In his 2021 blog Daniel Hart attacked Felicity Lowde in a similar manner to his attacks on Isabel de Vasconcelos and Saad Qureshi: a screenshot from a post from Daniel James Hart's 2021 blog below. In this blog post Daniel James Hart abuses Felicity in a psychopathic, vulgar manner, while helping himself to her graduation photograph (taking his cue from Rachel McFadyen/Osborne). Simultaneously on this blog page Hart makes out that Isabel de Vasconcellos and Saad Qureshi have betrayed him for accepting the fact that he is a psycho stalker and his stories about Felicity are simply untrue. He claims that he paid for Saad Qureshi's trip to Rome, and that because of this Saad should have accepted his false version of events about himself and Felicity instead of maminmg up his own mind about it.
On Daniel James Hart’s Flickr photography page there is a painting of a woman with a plastic or translucent bag or stocking over her head, a picture painted in a sort of green-grey and a pale, rough grey, in the colour of corpses not long after a murder scene (murder by asphyxiation). (Image shown below). Or, the grey lady might be Daniel James Hart's reference to a lady being gassed (he often expresses that he admires the Nazis). Just above the head area in this painting of an evidently murdered woman there’s a sketchy suggestion of a sneaking hand reaching for the edge of the bag, a hand at the edge of an arm. One aspect to the nipple on the right side of the woman in this sketch might indicate a garish adult toy, so an adult street worker depicted here potentially. Revolting. The woman’s left eye beneath the bag seems sad and subdued, while the other eye seems (more pointedly) deceased.

Daniel James Hart is continually seeking to justify his ghastly, talentless, psycho- paintings one way or another. He used continually to try to to pin a small anonymous blog which mentions one of his psycho-paintings which he sent to Felicity, on Felicity (apparently Felicity didn’t write said blog; there have been numerous victims of Daniel James hart, all of whom have objected to his crimes).
So let’s look carefully at the picture that Daniel Hart sent to Felicity- it's shown below.
1. It’s a
scruffy piece of work, done with ink and a bleach
(a domestic poison generally found in bathrooms where it is used for cleaning by experienced cleaners) 2. the woman depicted is shown as though
either deceased or pulling herself up from where she is, having been
ruthlessly and brutally beaten down. 3. the woman depicted has a knife
through her head and the paint brush strokes, dabs and smudges on the
area surrounding the knife through her head are red, suggesting blood
coming from the head. 4. there’s a wash of liquid on an outline that looks like a scruffy mattress
that might be a deliberate picture of blood, given the picture of the knife through the woman’s head. 5. the liquid
sketched on the mattress is obviously designed to be seen as a picture
of liquid pouring through the mattress. 6. the painting is marked with
initials, which in Daniel James Hart’s case could easily point to one of
his stalking victims (Felicity never modelled for Daniel, but he does know what she looks like).
7. obviously, no man in their right mind would send that picture via
email to a woman who’s asked him to leave her alone. (Daniel James Hart
sent a picture of this painting of his, among others, to Felicity by email in mid-late
2006).
Taking a week’s break from his home at Lye Valley, Headington, Oxford in September 2006, Daniel James Hart went to Arles in the South of France. There, finding nothing better to do, he took this photograph of a plastic model wearing a scarf around her neck made of a white hospital plaster ribbon with MATERIEL MEDICAL URGENT written on its surface in red capital letters (screenshot from this photo which appears on Daniel James Hart's Flickr photography page is shown below). On his Flickr photography page Daniel James Hart marks the photograph as Boulevard des Lices, Arles, and dates it 9 September 2006.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, her brother Andrew McFadyen and Daniel James Hart has been able to stalk and harass Felicity in the way described on this page for around twenty years.

Daniel James Hart's victims have also been awarded Stalking Protection Orders against him.
In 2021, Daniel James Hart sent a spate of e-mails to police as part of a follow up from a phone call that he made to them in March 2021. He always records his angry phone calls to police and broadcasts them on Youtube. In March 2021 he made a phone call to a police complaints service which he recorded and then broadcast on his 200Reflections youtube account. Obviously, Daniel Hart has no grounds whatever for complaining about a brave and genuine police office who arrested him. It’s a part of his personal M.O., to commit horrible crimes against people and then make extensive false allegations about them and about whichever people they turn to for help.
A prison 'self pity sketch' by Daniel James Hart, (below) who, as 'the Oxford and London Psycho Stalker' obviously deserved to be in prison. Some people do. We can tell from this sketch that a prison 'listener' (an inmate trained to listen to other prisoners) has declined to see him in prison, for good reason.
In 2001 - 2026, Thames Valley police and London Metropolitan police would spent their time persecuting targets and scape goats. They failed to prevent 7/7 2005, and they often fail to apprehend serious abusive stalkers. They are renown for failing to catch the guilty and persecuting innocent victims.
Simple Freedom of Speech is an essential Human Right under Article 10 of the UK Human Rights Act. The wrongful conviction and abusive Magistrates Court orders inflicted upon Felicity in 2007 implied (and continue to effectively imply) that Felicity ought to be abused and persecuted without a voice to defend herself and has no right as a human being to Article 10, to Article 8 or to article 3 of the Human Rights Act.
In June 2007, the Crown Prosecution Service, capitalising on the fact that Felicity had no defence lawyers and had not been present at the magistrates Court trial in April 2006, demanded that a five year ASBO (Anti Social Behaviour order) be applied to Felicity which would cite names of all the people she wasn’t permitted to mention “in any media” by its terms. These names included Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's associate and Daniel James Hart, and the names of many prominent people among the abusive gang involved in the ‘Wanted Campaign’ who had been rounded up by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne. Also featuring on the ASBO were the names of two National Archives officers who’d deprived the public of Special Branch historical documents in collusion with Special Branch police. Also on the ASBO document were two Special Branch officers who’d advocated cheating of the public out of the sight of the historical documents, and the three officers who’d handled the Magistrates Court Harassment 2 case against Felicity including PC Wienert and Sergeant Colin Brooker. Tim Brown of Tuckers solicitors who’d unlawfully abandoned Felicity’s defence case two days before the court case called the Crown Prosecution Service and had his name added to the ASBO too. All in all, a very unusual ASBO, which functioned as a 'slap order' silencing Felicity's complaints about abuses. The ASBO was ‘attached to the Harassment 2 Conviction’.
The ASBO terms prevented Felicity from discussing, "in any media', any of the people listed on the ASBO and what they’d been up to . It was to last five years. Wayward District Judge Malcolm Read who carried out the sentencing knew he was being unjust, and sadistic. The Crown Prosecution Service do not have the right to place arbitrary ASBOs on British citizens at random in order to shut them up.
Felicity has at no stage engaged in any conspiracy theory about 7/7 2005. She has never spoken about the event inappropriately. Felicity never spoke in an inappropriate manner about the contents of historical and recent Special Branch files either. Felicity has at no stage harassed, stalked or tormented anyone. She has never done any of these things in any way, shape or form. Nor has she ever behaved in a narcissistic or self absorbed way.
The April 2007 miscarriage of justice was first appealed in March 2008 in the Crown Court at Snaresbrook, at the edge of greater London. For this appeal the Crown Prosecution Service were represented by the reputedly ethically dubious barrister Fabio Vitiello. Solicitor Mr. Noam Almaz who took the appeal case work on board was then working as an assistant solicitor for the firm Hickman and Rose. Ben Rose and Daniel Machover, partners at Hickman and Rose, wrote regularly for NEWS INTERNATIONAL. Sadly Felicity was let down during the appeal case hearing by trial advocate Desmond O’Reilly, (then attached to Hickman and Rose as their adviser) a solicitor advocate who represented her at the appeal instead of a barrister. At the appeal hearing, in Mr. Noam Almaz’s absence, Desmond O’Reilly refused to mention carefully accumulated evidence in Court or put defence evidence into Court. He persistently neglected to ask essential questions in cross questioning, fought Felicity when she tried to introduce defence evidence when on the stand, and abused the appeal-preparation work that Felicity and Mr Noam Almaz had carried out in many other ways. The appeal should not have failed.
Mr. Noam Almaz should have been present at the appeal case hearing.
The extensive hate blogs blogs that Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, her brother Andrew McFadyen and Daniel James Hart put up to abuse Felicity that were published from 2006 onwards, were removed only recently. (The content on these blogs, all retained as evidence in the case, is too horrible to quote and exhibit extensively here.) Throughout Felicity’s time working with Mr. Noam Almaz, Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, her brother Andrew McFadyen and Daniel James Hart harassed them both, via various disgusting and insulting blog pages. Mr. Noam Almaz and his assistants downloaded all the pages of his abuse and Felicity retains all the evidence to this day.
While making false allegations, Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, her brother Andrew McFadyen and Daniel James Hart come across as iron fisted, obsessed bullies. While lying about his own criminal convictions, Daniel James Hart expresses a lot of hatred for persecuted defendants and prisoners generally.
One of the many strategies Daniel James Hart and the Rachel McFadyen/Osborne employed from 2007 – 2024 was been to go on the Internet writing anonymously, (using various pseudonyms) pretending to be various objective critics of Felicity while writing very vicious lies and slander. Under this guise (transparently obvious to their victims) they have written very nasty lies. They and their accomplices do this kind of thing because they know Felicity is innocent and they do not wish to be exposed.
Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, Daniel James Hart and their gang of harassing associates, which includes well known troublemakers such as Philip Hutchinson and Natalie Lue, are responsible over the years for many pages of extremely serious abuse printed on the Internet aimed at causing Felicity serious alarm and distress. All these web pages have (as with all material pertaining to the case) been downloaded by lawyers and filed by lawyers and other individuals working on the case.
During the malicious 2007 press, media and Internet rampage against her, Felicity also received numerous obscene missives and requests that she commit suicide as well as death threats via email and the blog messages system. These anonymous threats often came from Rachel McFadyen/Osborne and Daniel James Hart.

Two photographs on Daniel James Hart’s Flickr photography page feature the precise car used by Ted Bundy, the world’s most infamous serial killer. A Volkswagen Beetle, brown or tan in colour. These photographs were taken by him upon his returning from one of his lone travel expeditions, ostensibly. This precise car is associated with the story of Ted Bundy in that very early on in his crime spree, way before the police got their act together in respect of arresting him. Ted Bundy was always seen alongside this car, he always used it while stalking his victims. It reportedly appeared in every witness statement about him. People may have questioned why Daniel James Hart would wish to take and display these photos? Quote RE Ted Bundy: ‘Two female Central Washington students later came forward to report encounters – one on the night of Rancourt’s disappearance, the other three nights earlier – with a man wearing an arm sling, asking for help carrying a load of books to his brown or tan Volkswagen Beetle’.
On his same Flickr photography page, Daniel James Hart publishes two pictures of a deserted garage at night; one of this kind was used by Ted Bundy to kidnap one of his victims. Hart has been showing a lot of devotion to the story of that serial killer.
In another one of Daniel James Hart’s pages from his Flickr photography account, there’s a photo of a disused, abandoned house on Boars Hill in Oxford, with a focus on a very grim looking room on what seems to be the ground floor there.
Also on Daniel James Hart’s Flickr photography page, a photo apparently of an area in the Oxford University Parks, the purpose of this photo being only to highlight bags marked with the letters HEAVY AND AWKWARD. There’s a corresponding photo of a dumpster on Daniel James Hart’s Flickr photography account, again with a very unpleasant focus.
Recently on his Instagram page '200reflections', Daniel James Hart put up a photograph of Fred and Rose West while talking about Gloucester, where he grew up. Talking about Cheltenham in Gloucestershire, where he says he did his Art Foundation course, Daniel James Hart commented on the photo. In this Insta post, he is stating that he grew up and studied in the locations connected to the serial killer couple and knew precise areas connected with the couple ‘intimately.’ Daniel’s statement seems to suggest he sought out ‘intimate knowledge’ of areas connected to the murderous couple while he was growing up in Gloucester and studying in Cheltenham.
Merely growing up in Gloucester and studying in Cheltenham is not a reason to know those areas.
In his Instagram post, Daniel James Hart complains about a book about the Fred and Rose West couple, saying that it’s not amusing enough to make him laugh.
In Daniel James Hart’s Flickr photography account there is a photograph titled 'Cheltenham', featuring a police car in the early hours of the morning which was obviously taken from an apartment window: here Hart displays a photo of a potentially derelict house above the photo featuring the police car, joining the two photographs. The photo of the police car in the early hours seems designed to suggest there’s no one around but the police, and that at the same time, that the police can’t see the photographer (which was Hart). The light is behind the police, and they drive into darkness. At the very least, the photo on Daniel James Hart’s Flickr photography page conveys that he is making a point of watching police detectives at the early hours of the morning from an obscure location that he’s said he associates with serial killers.
Another Flickr page photograph taken by Daniel James Hart is bizarrely titled 'The Cellar'. Flickr photographer members commenting on the photo describe the place as ‘a wee bit seedy, lurid’ and ‘perhaps a tad dangerous and dodgy is the word I was looking for’. There’s graffiti on the walls in Daniel James Hart’s photo: a small word reading BINS or R WS perhaps, situated on white bricks above a green Fire Exit sign. Another piece of graffiti in Daniel James Hart’s photo seems to be a person’s name with an x beside it written to the left side of a blue door. The photo of the cellar that Daniel James Hart publishes is possibly a reference to the cellar at 25 Cromwell Street, given his unhealthy interest in the Fred and Rose West couple.
Contrary to his false claims, Daniel James Hart is clearly obsessed with serial killers, and constantly tries to emulate and copy their ways.
There has often been concern that Daniel James Hart, who has often been called 'the Oxford and London Psycho Stalker', is constantly bothering and harassing the homeless. He takes lots of photos of them and makes films about individual cases. The homeless at Marble Arch, from Hart’s Flickr photography pages. Daniel James Hart seems always to want a map of the homeless and their whereabouts in every town or city he’s in.
Daniel James Hart also took a photo of a disused tunnel singled out by police as dangerous. This area is in London E2, Tower Hamlets, from where he is now banned by the courts.
There are lots of other photos of dangerous areas on Daniel James Hart's Flickr page, which have been noted by lawyers and police.
Ostensibly Daniel James Hart has not been in any sort of committed relationship since he and Fleur Kinson broke up in 2011/2012. He has been completely airbrushed from Fleur Kinson’s Flickr photography page.
As seen at the top of this blog page, Felicity's 'Harassment 2' convictions are ancient, decades old, long ago spent. They were handed to Felicity when the Harassment Act was very new. The Protection From Harassment Act came into force in June 1997. In its early days a lot of judicial mistakes were made. A person could receive a 'Harassment 2' conviction for simply contacting someone 'more than twice', whatever his or her motive for contact and whatever anyone reasonable might think of his or her precise conduct, for example.
One of these 'Harassment 2' convictions handed to Felicity was obtained by one Dov Stekel.
Another malicious contributor to Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's campaign against Felicity is the Stekel family, consisting of Ronnie and Zsuszi Stekel and their children, phd biologist Dr. Dov Stekel and his sister, Yael Stekel-Gabbai.
Although Dr. Dov Stekel, now based in Nottingham, gives the family a 'nicey nicey' public front, the extremist and genocide supporting tendencies of the Stekel family are evidenced by Zsuzsi Stekel's Facebook posts, examples of which follow here. (screenshots from Zsuzsi Stekel's Facebook page).
Yael Stekel-Gabbai, whose husband is in the IDF, makes 'Israel Cakes'.
A number of such abusive people have grouped together and use a media outlet named SKWAWKBOX run by a renown abuser and misinformation merchant named Steven Walker. This person Steven Walker is associated with the malicious and libellous postings on the Internet about Felicity by a poster named 'Unity' who also calls himself 'Ministry of Truth' who in 2007 engaged in a great deal of promotion of Rachel McFadyen/Osborne's lies. In 2007, 'Unity's blog 'Ministry of Truth' became talked about as “Ministry of Lies” due to its unreliable and vindictive content. This vile 'Ministry of Truth' blog attacked Felicity in 2007 with a pack of lies, while stalking and harassing her.
Note the vile nature of Steven Walker's website, called SKWAWKBOX, and its ethos.

Created in an apparent effort to impress Rachel McFadyen/Osborne, a post appeared on the SKWAWKBOX blog making false and obviously malicious allegations about Felicity Lowde.
Numerous members of parliament from all political situations have raised objections to Steven Walker’s vindictive online activity. According to one: ‘Skwawkbox is not a credible or decent media outlet. They make it up as they go along. They have no credibility. It is a nasty, pernicious outlet. The way Steve Walker has been hiding his identity like some sort of Russian mobster is cowardly. It is totally indefensible that he influences UK politics while hiding his identity. He absolutely needs to be exposed. We need to know who he is and what his motivation is. The internet needs to be regulated, just as the press is regulated.’

Steven Walker is a renowned, malevolent, malicious bully.
A group called Unite or Unity is closely connected to the SKWAWKBOX.
‘Mr Walker, a father of two, is the sales director and CEO of a company called Foojit, which provides mailing solutions to the NHS.’
Continuous false, weaponised allegations such as Steven Walker constantly makes are a form of fraud and dishonesty.
If all were known about Steven Walker, placed in the public domain in full, he would be unemployed forever.
Grenfell Tower is the London tower which tragically burned to the ground in June 2017.
Among those who have assisted Steven Walker in attacking Felicity is a woman named Celeste Thomas who is shown in this next photo here. Celeste Thomas was absolutely not involved in the Grenfell Tower fire, and is not a victim of the Grenfell Tower fire. She has never lived in the Grenfel Tower; she lives two blocks away from the Grenfell Tower. She was not even near the Grenfell Tower area when the fire happened.
The sprawling Grenfell estate and the Grenfell Tower fire are two very different things.
Celeste Thomas advertises that she resides in the Grenfell area, Ladbroke Grove.
Celeste Thomas has sent numerous vindictive X posts/Tweets and messages to Felicity, and broadcast many more.
A photograph of as Celeste Thomas which she placed in the public domain is shown above. There is no connection between this woman and Felicity’s life record, family history and creative case work. None. Celeste Thomas is not a twin or a triplet and there are no such in her family. There is no aristocracy in her family. She claims to be of English, Jewish and Chinese descent.
Celeste Thomas frequently makes numerous vindictive false allegations about people at the same time as abusing them.
Celeste Thomas passes on Twitter as @celeste_spt . She is joined in her harassment of Felicity by a woman who passes on Twitter/X as @still_I_rise_GT . Neither woman was a victim of the Grenfell Tower fire.
Celeste Thomas has frequently acted with Daniel James Hart.
Celeste Thomas often exasperates the Twitter/X post community by making aggressive false allegations about account users while conducting hate campaigns against them at the same time.
Felicity supports the bereaved and survivors of Grenfell Tower in their claim that they were subjected to a lethal “stay put order” enforced by Michael Dowden and organised by the London Fire Brigade on the awful night Grenfell burned.
The “stay put order” obliged residents of Grenfell to stay in their flats during the Grenfell Tower fire, rather than evacuate.
The “stay put order” was an act of criminal incompetence.
The now infamous “stay put order” order that the London Fire Brigade gave to the residents of the residents of the Grenfell Tower, obliging them to remain in the tower while it burned was fatal incompetence. It cost the residents their lives and/or the lives of their loved ones.
Grenfell was obviously an evacuation only fire.
Felicity has also shown support for an inquiry into the cladding placed on Grenfell tower. She has recommended city contractors and suppliers be investigated and cross questioned. She has not dismissed this matter at all.

There is no mention in the SKWAWKBOX blog post (cited here) of the fact that Michael Dowden was one of the people in charge of the inspections of the safety of Grenfell Tower in 2016 or that he gave the Tower a false report at that time, saying it was safe.
One of the SKWAWKBOX website’s promoters is a personality who passes as “Rachel Swindon” @rachael_swindon on a Twitter site where there are a lot of appeals for money going on despite this person's claims of being in receipt of welfare benefits and her concurrent claims of being sanctioned by the DWP.
Rachael Swindon’s real name is Rachel Cousins.
Cousins/Rachael Swindon lives in a big council house in Swindon, with modern decoration and all mod cons.

It has been pointed out on numerous occasions that Rachael Cousin’s/Rachael Swindon’s prosperity seems dependent on donations in respect of her internet postings, and that she receives these while deceiving the Department of Work and Pensions and her local Swindon Borough Council. For example she writes about horrors suffered in the Gaza Strip, in Palestine, and then - in the same post - asks for money for herself while claiming she is having a very hard time. None of the money she asks for seems to go to any charitable causes, it is always for herself. (And the Skwawkbox).
Rachael Cousins’/Rachel Swindon’s personal support of Jeremy Corbyn seems to be largely on her Internet sites where she can be seen continually bandwagonning popular causes while hiding her real face and asking for a lot of money for herself. Not for anyone else. Herself.

Celeste Thomas’s malicious harassment campaign against Felicity (on and off the internet) has been going on for a long time. (Celeste claims to be in the grip of psychiatric difficulties varying in origin). Celeste's friend @Still_I_Rise_GT always thoughtlessly backs her harassment..
Felicity has always denied the abusive allegations in an obviously malicious 2007 press and media article to which SKWAWBOX links.
Numerous Tweeters/X posters defending Felicity in respect of her position on Grenfell and the London Fire Brigade, pointed out at the time that there is an organised and sinister campaign going on designed to silence discussion about the London Fire Brigade’s and Michael Dowden’s responsibility in the Grenfell disaster. Commenters perceived that Felicity was being harassed:
“Lowde has publicly attacked Dowden’s – and the LFB’s – competence, integrity and honesty in her tweets, including equating his reportedly 'flashback-driven answers' on the first day of his testimony with guilt.” Claims SKWAWKBOX.
Contrary to claims made by SKWAWKBOX, Felicity has never referred to Michael Dowden’s self described flashback driven answers. She has never attacked him. In a senior, trained, professional firefighter manager, “experiencing flashbacks” is obviously no excuse for making or enforcing wholly inappropriate “stay put” orders anyway. Experiencing "flashback" claims is a ploy that in 2007, was constantly used by Rachel McFadyen/Osborne to explain away the significant differences between her early accounts of (allegedly) being on the train that was bombed on 7/7 2005 and emerging facts about the incident which gradually emerged during 2005 -2007.
Felicity is not alone in correctly criticising Michael Dowden who enforced the order to Grenfell Tower residents to “stay put” rather than try to escape (example below):
In its attacks on Felicity, SKWAWKBOX’s supporters seem to consist largely of reject Tweeters/X posters who Felicity states she blocked long ago, who crawl out of their woodwork to try to cause her damage from time to time, such as self proclaimed far end conspiracy theorist ‘Rotten Roger’ at @paulrogers002 .
There are other abusers and attackers who have been inspired and encouraged by Rachel MCfadyen/Osborne; marauding trolls parading on Twitter/X . A list of them all has been taken and is kept in a lawyers office.
Martin, Celeste Thomas’ long term partner and (in his own words) ‘in house carer’, is notorious for being a nuisance to everyone who disagrees with him. He lashes out at people who ask him to take measures to prevent Celestes' abusive behaviours. Martin changes his Twitter/X handle every time Celeste causes him major crescendos of embarrassment, about once every two weeks.
Celeste Thomas notoriously often stays up tweeting all night, trolling and troublemaking, shamelessly exploiting the tragic Grenfell disaster for all she can even though she is nothing to do with it.
@celeste_spt and @Still_I_Rise_GT are two independent Tweeters/X posters who have nothing to do with the Grenfell Tower tragedy. They never resided in the Grenfell tower. They have made use of the Grenfell tragedy for their own agendas. These two women have published tweets threatening Felicity, all very abusive, for example threatening her with being placed in a coffin. From time to time these two women attach the SKWAWKBOX article to their Twitter /X post timelines. They make false accusations; they literally “make their rubbish up as they go along”.
Both Celeste Miller and Celeste Thomas spend a lot of their redundant time listening to Daniel James Hart.
The fact is, Felicity has supported the Grenfell Tower survivors and bereaved and has not insulted them once, nor would she ever. It is she who knows some of the the genuine victims personally – and respects their right to privacy.
The Secretary of the Fire Brigades Union Matt Wrack @mattwrack is angry about our page. Hs view is that as long as there’s no trial in place against the London Fire Brigade, then there’s no manslaughter and no perverting the course of justice, and the London Fire Brigade can get away with manslaughter and dereliction of duty.
Matt Wrack, Secretary of the Fire Brigades Union, is nothing whatever to do with Gaza, Palestine.
The rescue services in Gaza are brave and competent, completely the opposite of the London Fire Brigade who attended the blaze at Grenfell Tower and then left the gas tap on while failing to act for the residents, most of them failing to even go inside the tower. When Matt Wrack speaks on platforms mounted by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, it’s always right at the end of a rally, and people rarely stay to listen to him.
Lots of use of the word “decimated” in this 23rd January (2024) SKY NEWS interview with Dr. Myriam Francois, who spoke very well on matters relating to Gaza and Yemen. The term “decimated” is one of Ambassador Husam Zomlot's favourites.
For a while, due to Dr Myrian Francois's association with some of the celebrities/well know personalities that Mc Fadyen/Osborne recruited to her cause, Felicity had troublesome nuisance from her.
There are people who use both/either Gaza and Israel as a platform upon which to promote themselves. It is insincere.
Advice to publisher : Although Felicity Lowde has a serious appeal case against the 2007 'Harassment 2' conviction, attempts to defend her in public are often met with aggressive attempts to crush them by guilty parties who have sought to benefit from the miscarriage of justice that she has suffered. These people’s behaviour, while despicable, is regrettably not uncommon in Miscarriage of Justice cases.
